The sole role of the Board of Directors is to offer overall supervision and control of the company’s affairs through appropriate delegation and accountability processes through the chains of command. However, the Board of Directors bears ultimate duty and accountability for managing the company’s activities in accordance with the provisions of the law and in the best interests of the shareholders, stakeholders, the state, and society.
In order to fulfill its responsibilities, the Board of Directors holds meetings as needed, and such meetings usually consider operational performance, financial results review of budgets & annual business plan, capital expenditure proposals for new projects / & divisions / product lines, procurement of funds by issue of shares or borrowing, procurement of raw materials, plant & machinery, pricing of products/discounts, recruitment, training, and promotion of office personnel. The Board of Directors takes extra attention in establishing and defining employee and worker productivity and compensation programmes, as well as suitably rewarding them on the basis of quality and quantity of performance as an incentive.

It began with a small-scale facility in village Murmi Tal- Gangapur, Dist- Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) (India) and adheres to all regulatory norms of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) Now, VS4 India Biomed Pvt Ltd is a very well-organized Leading Pharmaceutical Company of India with the most up-to-date equipment, technologies, and human resources required to manufacture world grade medications.
